About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to join our team at Marsden Services. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations on our 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning activities of our team members
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and disposal of cleaning supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic English proficiency required
