Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide supportive care to adults in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and household support to adults, including activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Perform vital sign checks, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Assist with range of motion exercises and provide companionship to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
