Position Overview: MRI Technology Intern
The Quality Talent Group is excited to present an internship opportunity in MRI technology, designed for individuals eager to enhance their skills in the medical imaging sector. This program offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience while receiving compensation.
As an intern, you will learn to conduct diagnostic MRI scans of various organs and systems, as well as blood flow assessments, through both classroom instruction and practical clinical experiences. The training encompasses essential topics such as MRI Anatomy, Protocols and Procedures, MRI Physics, MRI Safety, and IV Certification. You will engage with diverse patient demographics, including Inpatient, Outpatient, Critical Care, Trauma, Pediatrics, and Oncology, ensuring a well-rounded clinical exposure.
What You Can Expect:

- Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- Current ARRT certification
- CPR certification within three months of starting
- No prior experience necessary

- Transcripts from Medical Imaging Program and any other relevant educational institutions from the past five years
- Strong eagerness to learn and apply skills in a clinical setting
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Effective communication skills for interaction with patients and healthcare professionals
- Interpersonal skills for instructing and orienting patients and staff
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to perform appropriate scans based on patient history and protocols
Full-Time (40 hours)
Day Shift, with potential evening shifts during the training period.
