We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team at Home Care Solutions. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.

About the Role

As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients with mental health needs
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Documenting patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN licensure and current CPR certification
  • Experience working with patients with mental health needs, preferably in a home health or community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care
