As a Red Cap at Amtrak, you will be responsible for handling baggage, express, and company materials. You will be qualified to operate electrical and battery-powered equipment and elevators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Be knowledgeable of all aspects of receiving, delivering, and forwarding of passengers' baggage
* Assist passengers on the movement of parcels and luggage within the train
