Key Responsibilities- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
- Engage in collaborative care with our multidisciplinary team.
- Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
- Educational background leading to professional licensing.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
