About the Role

Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Nursing. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing department to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to drive census growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 1 year of management experience in a nursing department.
  • Current RN license.
