Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the safe and efficient functioning of HVAC systems, Fire Life Safety apparatus, and electrical infrastructures. Manage, maintain, and repair all auxiliary systems linked to HVAC operations.
  • Conduct minor plumbing maintenance.
  • Monitor all available data from Facility Support Systems as displayed on the computer-based automation system. Address any issues promptly as they arise.
  • Procure repair and maintenance components as necessary.
  • Proactively submit work requests for equipment requiring attention.
  • Assist engineering teams and their designated representatives with information and execution of repairs and capital projects.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate's Degree in Facilities Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Stationary or Operating Engineer.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role typically ranges based on various factors including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level.
