Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Meridian Behavioral Health. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical services, managing a caseload, and supporting the mental health needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services and manage a caseload as needed.
  • Ensure all clinical services are provided in accordance with state and program requirements.
  • Support the daily management of the clinical program and staff.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical staff and the Resource Center.
  • Train and supervise clinical staff.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews.
  • Be available for consultation.
  • Support student learning and review progress notes.

Qualifications:

  • Current LADC or ADCT license with the state of MN.
  • A minimum of three years of experience providing direct service to individuals with co-occurring morbidity.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of rules, regulations, and requirements of the assigned program.
  • Ability to document training in co-occurring mental health problems and chemical abuse or dependency.
