Ardent Health Services is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician for a dedicated faculty resident preceptor role within our esteemed health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a team of faculty physicians committed to education
- Oversee and mentor up to 11 residents per day
- Full-time, outpatient-focused faculty position
- Participate in administrative duties
- Provide back-up resident call coverage on a 1:6 rotation
- Work with a Medical Assistant for every two residents
- Access to comprehensive support services including lab, pharmacy, and behavioral health specialists
- Utilize virtual translation services for enhanced communication
- Contribute to a growing academic program with the introduction of a new medical school
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient management
