Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Timber Frame Installer to join our team at Timberlyne. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing timber frames, packages, rafters, posts, beams, and trusses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel with our crew to erect and install timber frames in Texas and out of state
  • Operate power tools, including skill saws, belt sanders, and power drills
  • Use traditional hand tools, such as chisels and mallets
  • Sand and distress timber to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Cut and clean joinery on timber to ensure precise fits
  • Read and interpret plans and details to ensure accurate installation
  • Lift up to 100lbs occasionally and 25lbs frequently
Requirements
  • Experience in residential and commercial construction
  • Proficiency in using power tools with confidence
  • Carpentry, framing, or woodworking experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel with installation crews
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and confident
