Job Overview

Route Elite is seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Delivery Representative to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle to deliver packages to residential and commercial locations.

Job Description

A typical day as a Courier Delivery Representative may include:

  • Operating a vehicle safely at all times
  • Delivering and picking up packages to businesses and residences
  • Performing daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels
  • Loading the vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining appropriate communication with managers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Pass a DOT physical and a FedEx Ground criminal background check
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck
  • Be able to climb stairs and work in all types of weather
