Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional skills and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with varying abilities and needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including occupational therapy sessions and consultation with teachers
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • California state licensure and Occupational Therapist (OT) certification
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Caseload: 30 students
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

This is a part-time position working on-site/in-person to 3 schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for working with students in a school setting.
