• Providing clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation
• Assessing potential nutritional risks and implementing medical nutrition therapy interventions
• Collaborating with the dining department to ensure effective execution of nutrition plans

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• A Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred)
