Position Type: Part-Time/Full Time
Role Summary
The Concierge/Courtesy Patrol is essential in maintaining the safety, security, and satisfaction of our residents. This role demands a courteous and professional attitude, with the ability to manage various responsibilities, from delivering outstanding customer service to executing regular security patrols.
Core Responsibilities
- Resident Interaction: Welcome and assist residents and visitors, address inquiries, and provide information about the community and surrounding area.
- Security Monitoring: Perform routine patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
- Incident Management: Respond to and document incidents, issues, or disturbances promptly and professionally.
- Access Management: Oversee and control access to the property, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain entry.
- Package Management: Receive, log, and oversee resident packages and deliveries.
- Emergency Preparedness: Serve as a first responder in emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as necessary.
- Community Involvement: Create a welcoming atmosphere by organizing and participating in community events and activities.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to security, maintenance requests, and resident interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a concierge, customer service, or security role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attributes: Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Requirements: Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license. CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.
Working Environment
- Hours: Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Environment: Duties are performed both indoors and outdoors, with regular patrols required.
