Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop strategies to address complex health issues, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare and recovery.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions of care, ensuring that patients receive consistent and high-quality care throughout their hospital stay.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
