Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Housekeeping Staff: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Establish and Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with Hilton's high standards of cleanliness and quality, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Respond to Guest Requests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Coordinate Housekeeping Operations: Supervise the selection of rooms, manage housekeeping supplies, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Inspect and Maintain Quality: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
