Position Overview:

As a Charge Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We invite you to join our dedicated team and contribute to the well-being of those who have given so much to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature and blood pressure.
  • Perform essential patient care tasks, such as changing dressings and assisting with catheter insertion.
  • Observe and report any changes in patient health, mood, or behavior to the RN Unit Manager or attending Physician.
  • Engage with patients, listening to their concerns and providing emotional support.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they understand the process and addressing any questions.
  • Administer prescribed medications and provide immunizations as needed.
  • Collaborate with and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Nursing Assistants (NA) to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse license in good standing, meeting all Federal and State requirements.
