Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Custodial Aide to join our team at Alice Hyde Medical Center. As a Custodial Aide, you will be responsible for performing heavy and light duties in associated services in resident and non-resident areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and transporting bio-hazard waste, including blood and body fluids, and pathological waste
• Performing regular trash removal as needed
• Dusting and wet mopping floors
• Operating floor care equipment
• Washing walls

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with standard hours of 40 per week. The shift is variable-8 hours, with every other weekend.
