The CVAD/DaaS performance testing group is dedicated to ensuring top-notch releases for our clientele. This team is driven and takes full ownership of the product, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and understanding of customer needs.

Your Role:

As a pivotal member of this team, you will contribute to the development of premier CVAD/DaaS offerings. Collaborating with other skilled professionals, your focus will be on testing, diagnosing, and maintaining software components for both existing and new products, while also addressing customer needs and project goals, all while managing project and product risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and sustain automated testing scripts utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of networking, system administration, and database management.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to guarantee high-quality product releases.
  • Design and implement test cases derived from specified requirements.
  • Engage in requirement analysis and review sessions to provide insightful feedback on testability and quality considerations.
  • Conduct thorough product testing to uncover bugs, usability challenges, and performance issues.
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues in collaboration with development teams to ensure timely solutions.
  • Continuously enhance testing methodologies and procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in QA methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in testing system applications.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts.
  • Familiarity with hypervisors or cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid programming/scripting expertise in languages such as PowerShell, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Chef, or similar.
  • Knowledge of relational, time-series, or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with advanced OS & Networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in Linux server and workstation management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with modern hypervisors such as XenServer, Hyper-V, vSphere, or others.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, or other public/private clouds.
