Position Overview

As a Part-Time Stylist, you will be the face of our organization and play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience. Your goal is to make a difference in every guest's day by delivering WOW service. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, and representing the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be customer-focused, using the WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest and make a difference in their day.
  • You will drive results by setting goals and working hard to achieve them, consistently trying to build guest connections to grow our brand footprint and store performance.
  • You will build networks by sharing Kendra Scott's brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
  • You will instill trust by doing the right thing and adhering to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
  • You will communicate effectively, educating guests on product details and personal style, and making product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • You will be nimble, finding ways to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily flexing between the sales floor, color bar, events, and operations as needed.
  • You will take action, making a difference in your guest's day by proactively resolving concerns and ensuring their experience is always positive.
  • You will collaborate, supporting your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.
Minimum Requirements
  • You must be over the age of 18.
  • You must be able to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
  • You must be able to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
  • You must be able to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
  • You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
