We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team at GPAC, a renowned search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and Review Legal Documents
    • Draft and review contracts, agreements, wills, estates, and representation agreements.
    • Handle residential and commercial conveyancing and financing transactions.
  • Provide Expert Legal Advice
    • Offer general legal advice in commercial law, contract law, construction law, property assessment, and insurance.
    • Manage corporate and business law matters, including incorporation, dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
  • Manage Business Transactions
    • Oversee the purchase and sale of businesses (assets and shares).

Qualifications
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Proficient in legal drafting and providing general legal advice in commercial, contract, and construction law.
  • Solid corporate and business law understanding, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and commercial leasing.
  • Experience in immigration law.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
