  • Provide direct care to patients, including bathing, toileting, feeding, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Turn and reposition bedridden patients
  • Ensure patients receive appropriate diet and monitor food and liquid intake
  • Record vital signs and report changes to medical staff
  • Examine patients for signs of illness or injury and report to nurses
  • Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements
  • Document patient observations and behavior
Requirements:
  • State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • COVID-19 Vaccination or Exemption
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid identification
  • Comfortable using a computer
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in long term care
  • Prior experience with Infection Control
