Parking Lot Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Utilize power washing equipment to maintain cleanliness.
- Keep wash bays tidy and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
- Maintain an appealing lot appearance.
- Assist maintenance technicians when required.
Parking Lot Coordinator Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience operating power washing equipment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Operating hours are Monday to Saturday, with varying days off.
- Typical shift is from 8 am to 5 pm.
- Compensation is set at $12 per hour.
