The Facilities Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the operation and upkeep of critical systems including Boilers, Chillers, Generators, and Pumps. This role is essential in ensuring that the Medical Center has reliable utilities to support its operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain various Power Plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities and report any issues promptly.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Licensure
- First Grade Stationary Engineer License (Required)
- Ability to hear alarms and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in documenting information accurately.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks with good manual dexterity.
