OAK MED INC is seeking a highly skilled Arthroplasty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and building strong relationships with customers in the orthopedic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the territory
  • Represent OAK MED INC and Arthrex products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Set sales strategy for the Arthroplasty business and execute it with the sales team
  • Maximize training and development of product knowledge for sales representatives
  • Present Arthroplasty products and launch new products within the agency
  • Strategically identify customer needs and work to price options and solutions
  • Collect key competitive information and ensure it drives sales effectiveness and product development direction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
  • Experience as a representative in the orthopedic device market
  • Comfortable in surgery/operating room environments
