Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Community Health Alliance. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and their families.

About the Role

The Licensed Therapist will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients. You will provide mental health and/or marriage & family counseling services, utilizing your expertise to create healthy outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health and/or marriage & family counseling services to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the mental health staff, referral source, and multi-disciplinary staff to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Work with culturally diverse populations, utilizing your expertise to create healthy outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, clinical psychology, or closely related field
  • A current license under the Social Work Board or the Marriage and Family Therapist Board to practice in the State of Nevada or eligibility for licensure in Nevada
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations
  • Spanish speaking required
