We are looking for a highly skilled Government Contract Specialist to join our team at ARKA Group LP. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial proposal development to contract closeout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government contracting regulations and experience working with various types of contracts, including FFP, CP, and T&M. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and negotiate contracts that meet our customers' needs and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

As a Government Contract Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and manage contract proposals, including researching customer requirements and developing response strategies;
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers, including price, scope, and delivery schedules;
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities, including correspondence, meetings, and phone calls;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective contract management;
  • Stay up-to-date on changing government regulations and policies that impact contract administration.
