We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgery Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgery Telemetry unit, utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and provide excellent communication and confidence to patients and families.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Participate in unit and organizational activities, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
