Metz Culinary Management is expanding, and we have openings for a talented Food Services Operations Manager who shares our enthusiasm for Food and Service in a dynamic commercial kitchen environment. We seek a polished, professional individual with a positive attitude, whether you are an Experienced Food Production Manager or a strong back-of-the-house manager looking to advance your career.
The Culinary Production Supervisor will manage a team of cooks and production staff, oversee daily task schedules, inventory management, and ordering processes. This role reports directly to the General Manager and requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Contract Dining Food Service settings such as Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Senior Living, or Corporate Dining is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management experience in Food Service, particularly in back-of-house operations
- ServSafe Certification
- Experience in Employee Management, including Scheduling, Payroll, Disciplinary Actions, and Employee Recognition Programs
- Record Keeping and Budget Management
- Preparation and Submission of Reports
