Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when necessary.
Requirements
  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • A desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen.
