Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LVN: Full Time/Part Time Nights

Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a LVN, you will be responsible for executing physician-prescribed plans of care, administering medications, and providing patient assessments and coordination of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care in the system of record
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members
Requirements:
  • Eligible good-standing license (LVN) for the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortable providing in-home nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
  • Pediatrics experience is helpful, but not necessary; we offer exceptional training for all nurses
