About the Role:

Dialysis Patient Care Technicians play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
  • Initiate cannulation and patient observations
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification
  • Current BLS/CPR certification

Salary Range: $25.00/hour depending on experience
