Job Title: Dialysis Dietitian

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Dietitian to join our team. As a Dialysis Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
• Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in dialysis nutrition.

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
• Current state licensure (if required by the state).
• Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
• Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.
