High school graduate or equivalent is required for this role. Additionally, certification by a professional organization in the state of hire is necessary. Critical thinking, organizational, decisive judgment, communication, and good customer service skills are also essential.

This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a stressful environment. Taking appropriate actions as needed is also crucial.

Responsibilities:
This Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for taking and documenting patients' vital signs, height, and weight, as well as drawing blood when necessary. They will also assist with PPDs and EKGs, measure and record intake and output, and assist with patient treatments such as dressing changes, decubitus ulcer, and tracheostomy care. Additionally, they will schedule patient appointments and adhere to YesCare and the facility's safety and security policies, participating in disaster drills and following security regulations for keys, sharps, and controlled medications.
