Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee project management within our restoration division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all necessary permits.
  • Guarantee that each construction project meets high-quality standards by supervising workers, conducting regular site inspections, and offering constructive feedback.
  • Oversee general contractors and subcontractors involved in our residential construction initiatives.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Enhance operational systems and documentation, including scopes of work and checklists.
  • Optimize construction processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain quality control by inspecting work, liaising with vendors, and providing feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and time-management abilities.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training and strict adherence to safety protocols on-site.
  • General contractor's license is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including building codes, permits, equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methodologies.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
