Role Overview

As a Dental Office Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our office and building trust and loyalty with our patients. You will participate in our extensive training program, gaining business and leadership knowledge to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care, adhering to patient needs, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Supervise non-clinical staff within the dental practice.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver outstanding patient care.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management, with a combination of management and sales skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
