About the Job:
  As a Vision Care Specialist with EssilorLuxottica, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer has a positive and personalized experience in our store. You will cultivate existing customer relationships, build new ones, and consistently meet sales targets. With your expertise in eyewear solutions and exceptional customer service skills, you will be able to recommend specific frames, lenses, and lens coatings to meet customers' unique needs.
  You will work closely with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored advice on how to select the perfect eyewear solution. Your ability to multitask and think critically will enable you to effectively manage multiple customers at once and respond to changing circumstances with ease.

What We Offer:
  We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, you may also be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan, which complements our comprehensive benefits package. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators is also required. Self-motivation, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for this position.
