Job Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities as a Sleep Expert include:

• Creating a customer-centric environment by building strong relationships
• Providing technical product knowledge and serving as a subject matter expert
• Driving individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
• Maintaining customer relationships during and after purchase
• Staying aware of competitors' activities and advertisements
• Leveraging social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
