We are seeking a skilled Production Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our assembly operations team, you will be responsible for installing cabinets, benches, shelves, flooring, and panels inside of large vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install cabinets, benches, shelves, flooring, and panels inside of large vehicles
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
