Job Overview

Absolute Group is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our Erosion Control Division. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of agricultural work, though a strong desire to learn is essential. Responsibilities include the installation of silt fences, hydro-seeding, matting, tree planting, and grading. While prior experience in farming, agriculture, or landscaping is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Position Details:

This is a Full-time position. The average work week consists of hours, with peak activity occurring from March through December, contingent on weather conditions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to adapt to various labor tasks
  • Possession of a valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
  • Readiness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, maintain punctuality, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
