Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director for Autism Care. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments and analyses, designing evidence-based intervention plans, and supervising and guiding team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of professionals. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of autism care and to share your knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
