Job Summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a skilled Flair Bartender to join our team. As a Flair Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, as well as maintaining the bar and pantry areas.
• Take orders, prepare drinks, and deliver orders to seated guests with a tray.
• Under the direction of senior bartenders, assist with stock requisitions and maintain inventory levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
• Assist with special events and functions, such as cocktail parties and wine tastings.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a beverage-related role, preferably in an upscale or upscale/casual restaurant, lounge, hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails, including the ability to analyze and interpret recipes and manuals.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.
• Ability to speak additional languages, such as Spanish, French, German, etc.
