Job Description:

South Philly Hoagies is seeking a skilled Hoagie Maker - Counter Help to join our kitchen team. As a Hoagie Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling hoagies to exact specifications, maintaining a clean station, and cooperating with fellow cooks to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble hoagies to exact specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Cooperate with fellow cooks to ensure a smooth kitchen operation
• Perform food prep duties, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
• Prepare sauces and other condiments

Requirements:

• 1 year of cooking experience in a professional setting
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Dedication to sanitation and safety
