Finance Process Controller

We are seeking a Finance Process Controller to join our Group Finance department in one of our main hubs: Malta, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria. Alternatively, you can join us as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that accounting systems create finance entries that align with country, management, and group reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure successful projects from a financial perspective.
  • Coordinate projects within the Multitude finance team.
  • Document accounting systems and related accounting processes.
  • Plan, set up, and test accounting processes.
  • Cooperate with company data teams to improve data quality across the group.
  • Support accounting and FP&A teams across the group.
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting or audit is essential.
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting is required.
  • Profound analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to understand processes and their implications on accounting.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft office tools (specifically Excel, Word, and Visio).
  • Desirable technical abilities include understanding databases and SQL language skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Ability to work remotely within international teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • An enquiring mind with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude, adaptability, punctuality, proactivity, and professionalism.
