About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team at Progressive Learning Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ABA services in our San Gabriel Valley area clinics. Your expertise and passion for providing high-quality support to individuals with developmental disabilities will make a significant impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill acquisition intake assessments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes and data collection
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and upper management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA supervision, preferably in 2-tier or 3-tier models
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision health plan options, 401(k) investment options, and mileage reimbursement.
