  • Troubleshooting and Resolution
    • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with our enterprise applications, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
    • Develop and implement solutions to improve application performance, reliability, and security.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completion.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise applications.
    • 10+ years of experience as a technical lead in the retail industry.
  • Skills
    • Technical knowledge of Merchandising systems, WMS systems, and finance applications.
    • Programming languages, such as SQL, JAVA, HTML,.NET, PLSQL, and scripting languages.
    • Integration knowledge and experience.
    • Project management skills and experience.
    • Exceptional communication and written skills.
