Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing personalized behavior intervention programs, working closely with children and their families to create positive, lasting changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Work 1:1 with children, providing direct treatment and ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinician.
  • Perform physical management to ensure the child's safety, with training and guidance from the BCBA clinician.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children with disabilities.
  • 6 months of ABA experience (preferred).
  • Current RBT Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, including long periods of standing, sitting, and lifting.
