Job Description

The Houseperson at MCR Hotels is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team as needed, cleaning and maintaining other areas of the hotel, including public spaces and back-of-house areas. This role involves following assigned tasks, cleaning guest hallways, stairwells, service areas, and ice rooms, collecting trash and soiled linen from housekeepers, and delivering guest requests in a timely manner.
