This role involves overseeing the safe and secure operation of a remote dispensing pharmacy, including inventory management, customer service, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience as a pharmacy technician and possess strong communication and mathematical skills.



Responsibilities:




  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory management and customer service
  • Oversee the safe and secure operation of the remote dispensing pharmacy
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the supervising pharmacist and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations


Requirements:




  • Minimum 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted national Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • High school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required
  • State-level licensure requirements vary by state
